Delivery and Returns

THIS PAGE RELATES ONLY TO SHOP ITEMS - for commissioned items, separate terms and conditions apply which will be supplied for approval prior to your placing the order.

DELIVERY:
For those shop items “in stock” they will be carefully packaged and sent to you as soon as your order is processed, which I aim to do within two working days, but if there is likely to be any delay I will contact you via email. For large or fragile items, I usually effect personal delivery. If this is the case I will email you in order that we may arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.

For the house name plates, these will be made and despatched as soon as the glue and lacquer is dry (!) and usually within 28 days. Again, if I anticipate there will be a delay, I will contact you via email.

POSTAGE COSTS:
For orders placed with delivery in the Mainland UK, postage will be included at no additional cost to you.

UK Islands, Northern Ireland and International customers - please contact me and I will calculate the postage costs for your order.

If you are local and would prefer to collect your order in person please let me know and we can arrange a mutually convenient time.

RETURNS:
If you are not delighted with your purchase please contact me within seven days of receipt and I will do my utmost to resolve any problems.

If you decide to return the item it must be undamaged and in its original packaging. I cannot refund the cost of postage for returns.

However, please note that the items are made of a natural material and, as such, may contain or develop "flaws": these are part of the charm and individuality of the piece and do not represent a reason for return. If you have any concerns in this respect, please do contact me before purchase in order that we may discuss your requirements.

PAYMENT:
The easiest way to pay is Paypal via the website. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by Paypal and you can use your credit or debit card on the Paypal site.

If you wish to pay by cheque please contact me to make arrangements. However, I will need to allow time for your cheque to clear before processing your order.
